Registration constitutes an agreement to attend all scheduled sessions. Discovering Today reserves the right to revoke access for non-attendance or violation of the code of conduct without refund.
For paid programs: full payment is required before access is granted. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment links are sent upon registration and must be completed within 72 hours to hold your spot.
All training materials, slides, handouts, recordings, and course content are the exclusive intellectual property of Discovering Today. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent. Unauthorized use will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
Discovering Today provides training for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees of employment, certification success, or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discovering Today and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation.
Certificates are issued based on verified attendance (minimum 5 minutes per session). Discovering Today reserves the right to withhold certificates for incomplete attendance or unpaid fees. Certificates reflect participation, not ACMP accreditation.
Free programs: registration may be cancelled at any time. Paid programs: cancellations received 7+ days before start date receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Discovering Today reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs with full refund.
All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during sessions. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. Recording of sessions by participants is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
